Mail box full warning (or almost full)

If you receive a Mail box full or about to be full warning take action immedaitely.

If you are using an IMAP account follow the instructions for managing IMAP disk space.

If you have a POP3 email account check you email program (Outlook, thunderbird) settings.

If the advanced settings leave email on the servers forever or an extended period of time change the time value to a much shorter amount of time.

Then click send/receive. That will remove the old emails from the servers.
